Accident Investigation
Our Health and Safety expert will conduct a full accident investigation, gathering, recording, and analysing all information. We will Interview all parties involved and report to the relevant organisations on your behalf where necessary. A full report is included which will detail any actionable items. This comprehensive investigation means you can identify what went wrong in the first instance, recognise any future associated risks, and implement any risk reducing measures identified. Actioning items identified during an investigation can dramatically reduce or even prevent future accidents. Having a wealth of experience, expertise, and knowledge of Health and Safety legislation means that we can also provide expert witness services in court if required.
Site Safety Inspection
Safety inspections offer peace of mind for both contractor and client equally. Whether your daily operational business requirements use static sites such as offices/workshops etc, a construction site, or a combination of the two. We will inspect your site and produce a detailed report. This can be done as a one-off inspection. Alternatively, you can also pre book regular yearly, monthly, or quarterly visits, whichever suits your individual needs. We are also able to assist with closeout if any safety issues are detected.
Independent Scaffold Inspection
Independent Scaffold Inspections can offer contractor and client an additional layer of protection. Scaffold is a particularly vulnerable element on any site, you can set your service apart in appointing us to perform Independent Scaffold Inspections. A comprehensive report is produced which will exist alongside the statutory inspection conducted by the contractor. As with Site Safety Inspections we are also able to assist with closeout if any safety issues are detected.
Safety Management System (SMS)
A safety management system (SMS) is a detailed and methodical process for managing safety risks within your business. We can produce a bespoke, all-inclusive system which can be woven into the fabric of your organisation and become part of your businesses culture. Directing how people undertake their work safely and incorporating all necessary organisational structures required to do this. Such as accountabilities, risk assessments & method statements, and policies and procedures.
RAMS (Risk Assessments and Method Statements)
Risk Assessments and Method statements are an important set of documents. Risk Assessments are completed to identify the steps to be undertaken to carry out specific tasks or activities in a safe manner. They are used to record any hazards identified, assess probability and severity of risks, and plan adequate control measures to eliminate or reduce those risks. Method Statements build on the information outlined in Risk Assessments expanding on hazard identification, management, and control measures. Essentially detailing how specific activities can be carried out safely. Unlike Risk Assessments, Method Statements are written for specific high-risk work activities, such as working from height, or using dangerous equipment. Tasks are broken down into easy steps, with hazards being addressed in each step. Control measures are then described in detail so that the resulting document can be easily followed by your workforce.

PQQ (pre-qualification Questionnaire)
PPQ (sometimes also referred to as a Supplier Assessment Questionnaire), is a series of questions based on your individual company requirements that are posed to potential contractors and suppliers.
